MA and Room & Board are proud to present a series of talks by the architects, designers, builders and remodelers who are part of the MA Home Tour. They will present their hands-on, ground-up experiences of designing and building the residences that inspire and excite the MA Home Tour attendees as well as the occupants that live in these bold and innovative spaces.

Join Cablik Enterprises as they discuss the unique, comprehensive approach used to create the newly built “Argonne Residence” in Buckead. After clients James and Candy Sarvis were introduced to Cablik Enterprises on the 2010 Modern Home Tour, they chose Cablik to build their new modern home and arrange the entire process from beginning to end. The final result is a striking custom modern home that will appear on the 2013 Modern Home Tour. Come to learn more about how the Cablik team:
- Found a prime lot amid the current scarcity of available lots
- Identified an experienced and flexible team very early in the process, including architect, engineer, and key subcontractors
- Maintained the client’s budget
- Advised on functional aspects of the home’s design in order to maximize the home’s constructional functionality and durability, while enabling the architectural design to be fully expressed.
